Specification

• Developed to meet the needs of OEM requirements for imported brands, this polyester putty excels in key technical attributes, including adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility, and heat resistance. It is suitable for a wide range of substrates. One of its standout features is the ease of sanding, which yields a noticeable powder residue during sanding, while also ensuring that the surface does not clog sandpaper during dry sanding.

Instructions for Use:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean and remove rust, grease, and dust from the surface.
2. Mixing the Putty: Thoroughly mix the polyester putty with the hardener according to the instructions.
3. Application: Apply the mixed putty evenly to the repair area using a spatula.
4. Drying: Allow the putty to air dry, typically within 20-30 minutes.
5. Sanding: Once dry, sand the surface until smooth.
6. Painting: The sanded surface is ready for primer and topcoat painting.

Precautions:

• Stir the putty and hardener thoroughly before use to ensure even consistency.
• Avoid exposing unused putty to air to prevent it from drying out.
• Wear proper protective gear such as gloves and a mask during use.
• Work in a well-ventilated environment.
